Mound Cities - Oil Trucks - Silopi / Iraq Border City

I started to take photos of the cities. They all seem to be on mounds. I am not sure if they started out that way, or if debris has built up over the centuries.

A very bad internet cafe in Silopi. The color is because of Florescent lights and I am using my cheap Creative Camera. Perfect for taking fast photos, but not good inside.
